Purchases: All sales are subject to availability and compliance with applicable laws. Prices are listed in USD and may not include taxes or shipping fees, which will be clearly communicated at checkout. Gunner HQ reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or non-compliance with regulations.
Shipping and Delivery: We ship to addresses within the United States where permitted by law. Firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer. Customers are responsible for arranging transfers with their local FFL and covering associated fees. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted within 15 days for unused, original-condition non-firearm items. Returns are subject to legal restrictions on firearms and ammunition. Firearms that have been transferred by local dealer CANNOT be returned. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.
